The "gift card" is sent by e-mail to the buyer of the same, where they will be detailed and will contain the instructions to redeem it along with all the steps to use it at the time of purchase. Gift cards can be exchanged at our Store in El Born or on our website and will be valid for one month. 

Terms

The Card has one year expiration for use. The balance of the Card cannot be refunded or exchanged for money. However, the return of the Card that has not been used will be accepted, within a maximum period of ONE MONTH from the date of purchase.
The amount paid for the Card will be returned in the same way it was paid. For this, it is essential to present the original purchase receipt and, where appropriate, the payment card and the receipt of the operation.
